Job Title: Part-Time Digital Marketing Designer Employee
Location: Collingwood, Ontario

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Logo Design & Branding: Develop unique and memorable logos that capture the essence of our clients’ brands. Your designs will help businesses tell their story visually.
• Ad Creative Design: Create eye-catching ad creatives for digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
  
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create animated visuals for logos and marketing campaigns using After Effects or similar tools.
• Design Marketing Material: Design and prepare print-ready files for all marketing material, ensuring high-quality, professional results.
• Website Design & Development: From concept to completion, you’ll design and build stunning websites that are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
• SEO Implementation: Optimize websites with SEO best practices to ensure top-ranking performance across search engines. You’ll be responsible for both on-page and technical SEO.
• Social Media Strategy & Design: Develop and implement social media strategies, designing visually cohesive content that aligns with brand aesthetics and engages audiences.
• Digital Marketing: Craft and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Video Editing & Photography: Produce and edit engaging videos and high-quality photos that elevate our client’s brands and tell compelling visual stories.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Experience in graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience in website design and development (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS).
• Experience in creating animations or videos for use in logos/marketing campaign.
• Experience creating marketing material and setting up print files (Illustrator, InDesign, CYMK vs RGYK).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into visual content.
• A passion for learning and openness to new skills.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
